Adults

During our adult formation on Sunday mornings we spend time looking at how our daily lives are informed by the elements of our faith. From the Bible and theology to church history and the practices of our faith, this space and time is dedicated to finding ways that we as Christians are called to learn from our rich traditions and use them in our daily lives.

Teens

Moving from the pictures of our storybook Bibles to the ideas of an ever-expanding world, we make space for questions and an ever evolving and developing faith. Formation for the Teens at St. Paul’s is focused on developing a jumping-off point for young persons to ground their faith upon, learning key stories of our Bible, varied beliefs of our faith, and the importance of our cooperate worship. Our youth have the chance to explore what it means to be an Episcopalian and how it informs the way in which they live, and move and have their being. This is also the time in which our young people are invited to be Confirmed into the church.

Children (Children’s Sunday School Room)

Children at St. Paul’s are invited each week to encounter the stories of our Bible with all of their senses. As we share and hear Scripture with both words and pictures, as well as with crafts and snacks. Consider taking on the ministry of engaging with our younger members and sharing in our sacred stories together.

CHILDREN’S CHAPEL (During 11 AM Eucharist)

Children who are too old for nursery but perhaps too young to understand traditional church are invited to join us for chapel. Children’s Chapel provides an opportunity to practice sitting still, saying prayers, listening to stories and singing songs. Children will walk in the procession with the Chapel Leader and return to their families at the “Peace”. Chapel Leader volunteers are always welcome.

Young Adults

Connections is a group for young adults and families. Our purpose is to hold social events and bring a larger sense of community to young adults at St. Paul’s. Singles, couples (married or not), and families are all invited. For an age range, we would say anyone from young adults to those who have school-age children, but that’s not a hard and fast rule – the more the merrier!

Connections hopes to meet monthly, and events will be listed in the events section on the Home Page of the St. Paul’s website.
